The United States Government several days ago released a declassified document which contained secret plans by the former PNC regime to rig elections in order to stay in Government. See attachment of the declassified document which is titled:- PLANS OF GUYANA PRIME MINISTER BURNHAM, LEADER OF THE PEOPLE’S NATIONAL CONGRESS (PNC), TO RIG THE ELECTIONS SCHEDULED FOR LATE 1968 OR EARLY 1969.
